1. Schedule a Pickup
Choose a time that works for you. On the day of the pick-up, one of our dedicated label collectors will arrive at your doorstep to transfer your items into an official Rêve bag. ** All items must be cleaned and folded ahead of pickup. Please see pickup process for more information.
2. Tagging and Pricing
We tag every piece with a unique identifier, linking it directly to you, the consignor. We set prices with a keen understanding of the market, balancing the desire for high consignor earnings with affordability for buyers.
3. Marketing, Selling, and Delivery
Your items are in the spotlight with us. Through strategic use of social media and our website, we ensure your consigned pieces catch the eye of eager buyers, making them a must-have. We manage every step, from marketing to shipping, allowing you to relax and benefit from the process without the usual hassles.
4. Earnings
We ensure you receive your earnings promptly. Payments are processed and sent out only after the item's return period has elapsed, safeguarding both you and the buyer. This ensures that every sale is final, and your earnings reach you without delay.

Our earnings system is simple:
Earn 50% commission for your sold items.
For low-valued items only, we maintain full discretion over their use. If they’re sold online, you will receive your 50% commission. If they're not quite right for the website but can be sold elsewhere, you'll get 5% store credit, upon sale. If we decide the best option is to donate those items to our community initiatives, there’s no commission.
